ABOUT WTI

Amrit Govinda Menon

Amrit Menon joined WTI as a volunteer in 2009. For six years, Amrit worked with WTI’s WildAid team, reviewing proposals for small grants and planning and monitoring these projects which worked towards addressing wildlife emergencies across the country. Following this, he then shifted roles and is now heading the Executive Director’s Office as Officer in Charge. Amrit is also Officer in Charge of WTI’s Natural Heritage Campaigns. On weekends and holidays, Amrit likes to spend time outdoors bird watching and photographing anything that catches his eye. He loves travelling and visiting new places whenever time permits. An avid football fan, he is quite a regular player and keenly follows the progress of international and national football seasons.
