Safe passages for elephants is all what we want

On World Elephant Day our Green Corridor Champion in Dalma- Chandil Corridor, Jharkhand, Wildlife Protection Society of Jharkhand painted the walls to spread the message of giving Right of Passage to elephants

Our Green Corridor Champion V S Subramaniyan celebrated World Elephant day by organising an art activity at Guthiyalathur- Talamalai Corridor in Sathyamangalam Tiger reserve, Tamil Nadu.

Hands on for Conservation

The response of the audience was overwhelming, specially the hand painting activity that was thoroughly enjoyed by the audience regardless of age.

Elephants on the wall

A wall painting activity narrating stories of co-existence of humans with elephants had almost 200 children, youth and like-minded people on their feet playing with colours and creativity. The activity generated a feeling of commitment in the participants to protect India’s national Heritage Animal.

The event saw great participation by school children from adjacent villages, where communities live in close proximity to wildlife.
